Training and Public Education Project Team
Main Objectives:
- To increase awareness of family violence and bullying by providing education, training and resources for the general public and professionals in the Edmonton area.
- To increase the knowledge of family violence and prevention, intervention and postvention skills of professionals in the Edmonton area by providing training and resources.
Community Training Sessions
On behalf of the Training & Education team, attached is a compiled listing of agencies/organizations that may provide specified family violence training to social service agencies if requested by the agency.
Please note, this does not replace the Family Violence training that has been provided by CIAFV in the past. If your agency provides family violence related training and would like to be included on this list, please contact Sarah Glenn at sarah_ciafv@shaw.ca.
